3. Do I need to put down a deposit before you get started?
We are so confident in our painters, systems, and production quality that in most cases we require no money down for any job under $12,000. This allows you to enjoy a beautifully painted home with no up-front risk. However, larger jobs, jobs where the owner lives out of state, and jobs involving rental properties or commercial properties might require a down payment.

We have painted over 30,000 single-family homes, one home at a time. We specialize in repaints only on homes just like yours.

6. What type of prep work do you do?
We take many steps to insure a quality job is done even before the first coat of paint is done. This includes prepping work areas, sanding, and other tasks. We also take various steps to protect the inside and outside of your home (floors, furniture, landscaping, lawn furniture, etc) while we work.
7. Am I getting a good price for my money?

11. What quality of paint and caulks will be used?
We only use top quality paints from major paint manufacturers like Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, and Pittsburgh Paint. Good quality paint and caulk is a key ingredient to achieving lasting, beautiful paint jobs.
12. Will I receive a warranty?
We provide a written warranty on each estimate given. We offer a three year limited warranty against peeling and blistering due to defective workmanship. All doors have a one year warranty.
All of our warranties are transferable should you sell your home.
The following items are not warranted:
- caulk
- horizontal services
- galvanized metal
- any issues related to home shifting or settling
- wood delamination
